Owned and operated by Benjamin Smith, SOHO was started on May 12, 2003. Prior to starting SOHO, Ben was employed with Nintendo of America where he worked for ten years in a variety of positions, including customer service, management, game testing, and information technology. He left in 1998 to pursue a career in the field of computers. After acquiring technical certifications and gaining experience working for local computer companies Ben decided to strike out on his own to fill the fast-growing needs of the home and home office users as well as small businesses. |
